Our Story

Who we are

Circuit Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster and coffee shop with a full espresso bar, diverse tea list and all the drinks in between. We also have a bakery and make all of our pastries in house, served fresh everyday.
Our menu is simple and quality-focused with ingredients sourced as local and fresh as possible.
It was founded to meet needs in our area for good coffee, and a place where people can gather and connect in a third place.

Our goal is to create a place that harbors connection, creating great experiences for all people.

The roastery

As a coffee roaster, our coffee is an extension of that connection. We’ve taken great care in sourcing and roasting it to the best of our ability. Our hope is to highlight all the hard work that goes into the production of each coffee by making it shine and burst with flavor.

Ted Dobek

founder

A natural-born creator, Ted started exploring food and drink at home in the kitchen. After working a few jobs in coffee, he realized a coffee shop was the platform in which he wanted to release his creativity. His creative background and holistic approach allowed him to design a brand, space, and ultimately an experience. Pulling from local and available ingredients, Ted makes it his goal for the menu to showcase New England in its appropriate season.
